Start at /create/account (or click Create Accountfrom the homepage). You'll set your name, email, and password to create your Useraccount — this is your personal login, separate from any gym you run. Once your account exists you're signed in automatically and land on your Dashboard.

Already have an account? Use Login from the top bar instead.

A "company" is your gym/facility in Zensile — everything (members, staff, classes, sales) lives inside a company. Click Create New Company from your Dashboard, or go to /create/company directly. Setup walks through four steps:

1. Create Company — name your gym and set basic details.
2. Link Stripe — connect a Stripe account so you can accept payments from members. You can choose a standard or express Stripe Connect account.
3. Add Payment Method — add the card Zensile will bill for your own subscription.
4. Buy Subscription — pick a plan and activate your gym.

There are two distinct "home" views:

• Account Dashboard — lists the companies you belong to and lets you create a new one. This is not tied to any single gym.
• Company Dashboard — once you've entered a company, this is its home screen: stat tiles for active members, visits today, classes/services today, outstanding invoices, and revenue this month, plus a revenue trend chart.

Use the profile dropdown at the top of the sidebar to switch companies or return to your account dashboard at any time. Account(your own profile — name, contact info, photo) is separate from a company's member records; editing your account doesn't change how you appear inside a specific gym.

Once inside a company, the left sidebar is your main navigation, grouped into sections:

• Members — Members, Groups, Invites
• Scheduling — Calendar, Classes, Services
• Sales — Point of Sale, Checkouts, Products, Packages, Coupons
• Management — Roles, Staff, Payroll, Tags
• Company — Settings, Locations, Maintenance Tickets, Access Levels, Events, Reports

The sidebar can be collapsed to icon-only using the toggle at its edge — your preference is remembered the next time you visit.

• Members & Check-In — add your first members and start checking people in.
• Classes & Scheduling — set up services, classes, and your calendar.
• Sales & Billing — list products, sell at the register, and set up subscriptions.
• Staff & Payroll — invite your team and configure roles, pay rates, and payroll.
